TeamRelay™ automates and streamlines patient handoff to further improve patient safety and treatment. TeamRelay generates “handoff lists” that are pre-populated in real-time with patient data, problem lists, and to-do tasks taken from the most recent patient documentation and physician notes.
To facilitate real-time review of physician documentation, Salar’s productivity suite includes TeamQuery™. Through remote concurrent coding capabilities, hospital billing departments can review individual physician progress notes as they are created and immediately query physicians to request additional information.
