Mr. Hilgenberg has held numerous "C"
level positions during his career and has been advising entrepreneurial
companies since 1986. As a strategic business consultant, he serves
as a "CEO extender" in organizations that, due to full-time
staffing constraints or rapid growth, require further resources
and experience to assist in key strategic decisions. In addition
to serving clients, he advises several governmental and educational
entities on entrepreneurial issues and has served on several community
and corporate boards. He holds degrees from Yale University and
the Darden Graduate Business School of the University of Virginia.

Barney Johnson |

Mr. Johnson has focused his forty-year career at
the President and Chief Executive Officer level at various hospitals
and healthcare organizations around the country. He served as President
of Winter Haven Hospital in Florida for 8 years. He was a Chief
Operating Officer in two Holy Cross Health System hospitals for
8 years and he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor
Health System Corporation for 18 years. During that time, he also
served as Vice President of Helix Health Inc., as a result of its
merger with Harbor Health. He also held a position on the Executive
Council of MedStar Health as a result of another merger. Mr. Johnson
has served on numerous boards, including the Maryland Hospital Association,
the American Hospital Association's Regional Policy Board, and SunHealth,
Inc. of North Carolina. He currently serves on several Boards and
is an Associate with Starizon, Keystone, CO. He holds a degree from
the University of South Florida and a Masters in Healthcare Administration
from the University of Minnesota.

Koepsell |

Most recently, Mr. Koepsell served as Chief Operating
Officer of Matria Healthcare, a publicly-traded multi-divisional
health care services company with over 1600 employees and $280 million
in revenue. Prior to that, he was the President and Chief Executive
Officer of two startup, venture capital-backed business that produced
a 20 times return on investment for venture partners. He has led
three healthcare services companies during his professional career
and has been a Board member of three publicly traded companies.

Stephen
C.Schimpff, M.D. |

Dr. Schimpff was the Chief Executive Officer of
the University of Maryland Medical Center, the academic flagship
of a six hospital system from 1999 until he retired from that position
in 2003. From 1985 to 1999, he was the Medical System's executive
vice president and chief operating officer. In 1982, Dr. Schimpff,
who is board certified as a medical oncologist and as an infectous
diseases expert, became the first director of the newly created
University of Maryland Cancer Center. Prior to that, he was head
of the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Maryland
School of Medicine and Head of Infectious Diseases and Microbiology
for the Baltimore Cancer Research Center of the National Cancer
Institute. He served for seven years on the Board of Governors of
the National Institute's of Health Warren Grant Magnuson Clinical
Center and was chair for the final three years. He is a Professor
of Medicine and Pharmacology in the University of Maryland School
of Medicine and holds an adjunct appointment as Professor in the
School of Pharmacy. He has published over 200 scientific articles
based on his research on infections in cancer patients and is the
editor of three major textbooks. Dr Schimpff obtained his medical
degree and did his medical residency at Yale School of Medicine.
