Todd Johnson
Todd Johnson has been the President of Salar, Inc. since 1999. Mr. Johnson co-founded Salar, Inc. after graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science. Mr. Johnson focuses on long-term strategic relevance for
Salar’s products and services. Mr. Johnson has built numerous collaborative agreements with industry partners to develop products and services that promote end-user acceptance, strong financial performance, and improved patient safety.
Meir Gottlieb
Meir Gottlieb co-founded Salar, Inc. in 1999 with Todd Johnson and Gabe Weisz. In his current role as Vice President of Product Development, Mr. Gottlieb works closely with clinicians to define products that are uniquely tailored to their clinical environment. Mr. Gottlieb graduated from Cornell University College of Engineering with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science.
Gabe Weisz
Gabriel Weisz is the third co-founder of Salar, and today is its Vice President of Technology. In this role, Mr. Weisz designs system architecture, manages development cycles, and oversees application releases. He also assists with implementation at customer sites, acts as Salar’s primary liaison to the
Microsoft Partner Program, and manages most vendor relationships. Prior to joining Salar, Mr. Weisz worked at numerous start-up companies, such as Jump Networks. Mr. Weisz graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Bern Werner
Bern Werner joined Salar in 2005 to manage implementation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, one of the nation’s top-ranked health care systems. As a Regional Vice President for Salar, Mr. Werner is responsible for business development and customer relationships. He has 20 years of experience in health care solutions and data warehousing. His technical career began as a Marine Corps officer, where he was responsible for testing a new command and control system. In 1998, Mr. Werner co-founded Innovative Resource Group, Inc. (IRG), an information management business which grew to more than 150 employees in three years, while maintaining both profits and revenue growth. Mr. Werner is a 1988 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and also serves on the board of directors for the Electronic Commerce Code Management Association.
Greg Wilson
Gregory D. Wilson is Salar’s Regional Vice President of Sales. Mr. Wilson joined the Salar team in 2007 and brings 10 years of health care, mobility, and enterprise sales and marketing experience to the organization. Prior to joining the Salar team he executed diverse roles with PatientKeeper Inc., engaging prestigious health systems nationwide, as well as PatientKeeper’s new and emerging markets division. Concurrently, Mr. Wilson has owned and managed his own mobility consulting service, assisting professional user's selection and maximization of the use of mobile devices. Mr. Wilson obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1997.
Adam Beck
Adam Beck has extensive managerial health care experience and expertise including: hospital operations, quality and performance improvement, outcomes and financial analysis, project management, customer service, and organizational development. Prior to joining Salar as a Regional Vice President, Mr. Beck worked with MedStar Health as an internal consultant for system-wide performance improvement initiatives such as inpatient glycemic control and severe sepsis management. Mr. Beck’s tenure with MedStar Health also included roles with the MedStar Research Institute’s Outcomes Department and Director for Performance Improvement and Coding at member hospital, Franklin Square Hospital Center. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University, from which he received his Master's Degree in Health Finance and Management. Mr. Beck has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and earned a fellowship through The Advisory Board Company’s Executive Leadership Academy.
Rich Fishback
Rich Fishback is the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast region and possesses more than 15 years of health care, mobility and enterprise software sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Salar, he was the overall top performing sales executive at the Healthcare business of Thomson Reuters, where he engaged health systems nationwide with a focus on the Southeast. Fishback came to the Thomson Reuters sales team following its acquisition of mobile healthcare information systems provider MercuryMD, where he was also consistently awarded for his achievements in growing the business. Earlier in his career, Fishback held software sales roles with Healthvision, Kintera and Blackbaud. Mr. Fishback obtained a Bachelor's of Science (Business Administration) degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
John Burke
John Burke is the Regional Vice President of Sales for the six Mid-Atlantic states including the District of Columbia. He has over 35 years of successful sales experience in the enterprise healthcare arena. John has held various sales, management and sales leadership positions at IBM, SMS (Siemens), HBOC (McKesson) and recently Eclipsys Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Industrial Psychology and currently lives in Philadelphia.
